Malt-O-Meal - Cereals Ready-To-Eat, MALT-O-MEAL, Corn Flakes has a high-calorie, very high-carb, low-fat and average-protein content. It is a good source of Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin and Folate.
