Quaker - Cereals Ready-To-Eat, QUAKER, KING VITAMAN has a high-calorie, very high-carb, average-fat and average-protein content. It is a good source of Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin and Folate.
