Coach Schrader's Post-Run Smoothie has a very high-calorie, very high-carb, average-fat and very high-protein content. It is a good source of Calcium, Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate and Pantothenic Acid.
