Mom's Thai Fried Rice Recipe

Mom's Thai Fried Rice has a very high-calorie, very high-carb, high-fat and high-protein content. It is a good source of Iron, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Thiamin, Niacin and Pantothenic Acid.
