Lindsey Salad has a very high-calorie, very high-carb, high-fat and very high-protein content. It is a good source of Calcium, Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate and Pantothenic Acid.
