Heather's Breakfast Smoothie has a high-calorie, high-carb, average-fat and high-protein content. It is a good source of Calcium, Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate and Pantothenic Acid.
