Filling breakfast scramble has a high-calorie, low-carb, high-fat and very high-protein content. It is a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin and Pantothenic Acid.
