St. Michael's Bannock 2 has a very high-calorie, very high-carb, very high-fat and very high-protein content. It is a good source of Calcium, Iron, Vitamin B6, Vitamin D, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate and Pantothenic Acid.
