Shabu Shabu Recipe

Shabu Shabu has a very high-calorie, high-carb, average-fat and very high-protein content. It is a good source of Calcium, Iron, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate and Pantothenic Acid.
