Jordanian Mansaf Recipe

Jordanian Mansaf has a very high-calorie, very high-carb, very high-fat and very high-protein content. It is a good source of Iron, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate and Pantothenic Acid.
