Gumbo 2 Recipe

Gumbo 2 has a very high-calorie, average-carb, very high-fat and very high-protein content. It is a good source of Iron, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin and Pantothenic Acid.
